What have I learned as a founder, creator and entrepreneur? Probably one of the biggest lessons: you’re still human. No matter how careful you are. How precise. How detail-oriented. How many times you double-check everything. You will make mistakes. And those mistakes aren’t failure. They’re part of the process. Sometimes they’re small. Sometimes painful. Sometimes very expensive. Sometimes they cost you days (or weeks) of work and make you question every decision that got you there. But somehow, they also become part of this very long journey called: I’m building my own brand. So give yourself some credit. You chose to create something that is yours. To take the risk. To figure things out as you go. To build, mess up, learn, fix it, and keep going. You could be putting all that energy into building someone else’s dream. Instead, you chose to build your own. _____ #thisismylifenow #entrepreneurship #smallbusinessowner #toronto #entrepreneurdiaries taken in Toronto, Ontario by @meyerworld

What a few weeks it’s been. Busy building and planning, only to realize I was meant to take a different path. These days: lots of coffee, lots of planning, and learning to trust the detours. Also: four new coffees. All ridiculously delicious. Current life soundtrack: Work. I know there are actual lyrics after the first verse, but all my brain hears is “na, na, na, na, na, na…” You can have the clearest vision, the smartest plan, and the most inspiring goals. You can spend hours choosing the perfect images and writing down exactly what you want. But without action, none of it moves forward. Painful lessons (taken) A gentle reminder: everything you’re living today was once only a dream. another reminder home “meet the producer” LOL #iykyk city life life in motion taken in Toronto, Ontario by @meyerworld
