This one was just shy of the 73” Mark. Released two giants before we hooked this one to bring home. Rick Mola passed down his fathers rod he built for him to me, tuna didn’t stand a chance 🤪

The shallow water bass game was a grind this spring, seems like they’re finally settling into the summer patterns now! Some good fish mixed in as well!

@laurenlynnn__ Catching bass with all different techniques possible, live bait, top water plugs and jigging. Summer bass fishing locally is still really good!

It’s no secret that Eatons Neck has a great bass bite going on right now. I’ve seen a lot of bad fishing boat etiquette. Everyone wants to catch fish and there’s plenty to go around. If everyone’s drifting don’t troll thru or short drift boats. Make your way back up tide (not WOT) and reset the drift. Here’s a nice top water fish taken off the “fleet” we had quality bass all to our selfs away from other boats. It’s rewarding when you make your own fishing reports. Have fun out there and catch em up. One of the best bass bites we’ve had in years!

One of the roundest 47” 44lb bass I’ve caught. She was stuffed full of bunker. Fishing for big trophy bass right now is as good as it gets. Call out sick, use your vacation days and get out and fish!

Wrestling giants. Got to fish @personalbestlures PB glide Bait this past week, It’s a big fish magnet. Thanks Matt for hooking me up. This 48lb bass made the 10” glide look small. We will be receiving a glide bait order in the next week or so. So keep your eyes peeled on @fishermans_world_ct insta. We will post when we receive.
