Most of y’all took the summer off… 😴 made excuses 🙄 and told yourself you’d “start next week.”⁣
⁣
These guys didn’t. 💪🔥 They showed up. Every rep 🏋️♂️ every drill 🏃♂️ every session. That’s why right now they’re faster ⚡ stronger 🦾 tougher 🛡️ and more disciplined than the ones who stayed comfortable.⁣
⁣
Fall is here 🍂 The gap is real. ⏳⁣
You can stay behind and keep watching 👀 … or you can lock in with the ASAP Program and catch up 🚀⁣
⁣
We only take 3 new athletes a week ✍️⁣

Most kids spend Monday after school on the couch. Ours spend it working on upper body strength. 💪

ASAP Mondays | 3:30–6:30 PM

We’re looking for 4 serious athletes to join in October. DM us to grab a spot.

Nah, I don’t miss playing football.

The only thing I miss is being around the guys and making plays. But making plays in my business? That has a bigger impact. On everybody that comes here, whoever I’m around.

Once a playmaker, always a playmaker. 🏈

20 years from now, I don’t care if my athletes remember the workouts.

I want them to know I was there for them. Genuinely. Made it to the next level, didn’t make it. Didn’t matter. I actually cared.

Growing up, nobody around me was preaching character. It was always “go to the league, do this, do that.” If I had somebody telling me character number one? I’d probably be somewhere else right now.

So that’s what I’m instilling in my athletes. The league is A next level. Character gets you to the next level of life. 🏆
