Turning 55 soon and increasingly convinced that aging is not only physical: a big part of it is perception, mindset, identity, and the stories we attach to age.

I know adjustments matter, recovery matters, reality matters too. But I also believe in continuing to do the things that make you feel strong, capable, curious, connected, and alive.

Move. Train. Laugh. Adapt when needed. Keep going anyway.

Good to feel good. Good to feel grateful. Good to be alive. Good to be surrounded by good people. Have a great day ✌🏼🌸🐢

26.2 and 26.3 gave me something I really needed in the last 2 weeks: a focus.

Leaving home, moving through different countries, feeling safe in Italy but missing the UAE, our home, has been emotional. Once again, sport helped me through. It grounded me, challenged me, and gave me something that was just mine.

I’m so grateful to everyone who supported us, and yes, I’m happy with the results; but even more grateful that I got to do this at all, and especially to share it with my sons: analyzing workouts, discussing strategy, and living the whole experience together. And with the best media manager possible @edperalt
