For several years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Melissa Givelos and Dr. Mike Prebeg at ProCare Performance Therapy.

Their mentorship has helped shape my development as a practitioner—from clinical assessment and the mind-body connection to neuromuscular care, professional standards and the business of building an exceptional practice.

Working in this environment has also given me the opportunity to contribute to the care of elite and professional athletes—an experience I deeply value.

Melissa and Mike are masters of their respective crafts, yet they continue to share their knowledge with generosity and openness.

I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned, for the trust they have placed in me and for the space they have welcomed me into.

Always a pleasure working alongside the ProCare dynamic duo.

What an incredible morning 💗💪✨

A HUGE thank you to all the amazing women who joined us for our GGB Intro to Self-Defence event in support of Emily’s House. Watching everyone come together to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, learn valuable skills, and support such a meaningful cause was truly so special.

This is exactly why we started GGB, to create a strong community of empowering women through events centred around confidence, connection, wellness, and giving back.

A very special THANK YOU to the incredible Yani Gellman @yanigellman for leading such an empowering and engaging class. Your energy, knowledge, and passion made this a wonderful experience. 👏🔥
