It's easy to think a meet is all about the total. But sometimes the best part of the day has nothing to do with the numbers.

It's the people cheering you on. The friends who make you laugh when you're frustrated. The reminder that one rough meet doesn't erase all the work that got you there.

Keep going. You're capable of more than one day can measure.

Anyone else hit the self doubting stage a week out from competition? Did you do enough? Did you train hard enough? How will you fair against others?

What do you do to get out of your own way?
If you're in the Little Rock area head over to The fairgrounds June 27&28 to watch some incredible lifters do what they love!!!

SPF's first ever drug tested meet will be Sunday!! #coachgorrell #pillarstrengthgym #eqippedpowerlifting #oklahomapowerlifting @Jim Gorrell @Anderson Powerlifting @FULL METAL PATRIOT Michelle Gorrell Invictus Powerlifting Arkansas Strength Expo Southern Powerlifting Federation #oklahomapowerlifting #arkansaspowerlifting taken in Pillar Strength Gym by @mgorrell21
