Had so much fun competing in (and winning) my second strongman comp!
Happy to report I’m still strict pressing everything overhead instead of using my legs (sorry @wannabestrongmantina !)
Congrats to everyone who showed up and showed out by @miacokley

I had the pleasure of competing in my first strongman competition @theyardbrawl
I ended up in first place in the novice women’s 73kg category and got multiple PRs
1. 18 inch max deadlift: 300lbs
2. Finally hitting 100lbs on the log
3. 115lb farmers carry for 100ft in 14.98 seconds
4. Conan’s wheel
5. Sandbag over bar

I scored first in 4/5 of the events

A HUGE shoutout to my friend/coach @wannabestrongmantina for being such a fantastic support system for me throughout this. Thanks for always pushing me! And to my parents for coming with me to VA to watch me compete. by @miacokley
