@codigo1530_uk is landing in the UK, and to launch it we have curated a series of supper clubs, hosted at @aethoslondon over the next three weeks.

Each week @mexicanfoodmemories will be cooking alongside a local chef to fuse Mexican traditions into contemporary menus created by @helensgraham @will_bowlby @chefbradcarter

Easing into autumn and slowing down with intention, but, that means I need one more public wine and dine before I start prepping for next year and the plans that are bubbling.

I’m bringing THAT pork to Somerset house. Melt in the mouth tender, layered, earthy, spiced. Not into pork, I’ve got you, DM me or make a note on your booking and I can swap it for chicken or aubergine for my vegetarians. Food shared so we speak with our neighbour’s. Classics because we need comfort. Chocolate because it’s original bean.

No meat, no problem.

@chefbradcarter smashed it out of the park with his @gozney Proof Supperclub on a sunny Wednesday/Thursday last week.
Set in the stunning @omvedgardens he served up an all veggie menu that blew everyone away. The meal was a masterclass in building flavors from the land around you and something only Brad could have created 💝
