We came, we saw we Código’d

I teamed up with @mexicanfoodstories & @codigo1530_uk to create a unique, one-off menu steeped in Mexican authenticity & a sprinkle of some @onesrardonerbar magic

Set @aethoslondon in the Código Tequila penthouse suite, we had a deep-dive into Mexican culture with Karla’s food expertise & some of the best Tequila I’ve had - the Añejo, it makes me happy!

It’s always great cooking with #friends like @chef_niquey @tygalilly_nefertiti on the barbaque in the summer especially as we don’t always get nice weather in the uk so I’m making the most of it cooking up a storm with some #tasting #healthy #food #reels jerk chicken minted lamb thighs grilled steak beef sausages chicken sausages grilled asparagus and green beans grilled sweet potato’s & pear tomatoe cucumber red onion and mixed leave salad with a nice lime herb umami dressing grilled flat bread & a white bean cucumber & yoghurt dressing enjoyed with friend while watching the @worldcup___2026

Another life dream ticked off this time on the dancefloor, literally..

I was thrilled & honoured to mark the reopening of the iconic box @ministryofsoundclub in the form of an intimate dining experience..

We produced a 5 course menu with each course being inspired by the journey that house music made around the world, the evolution of sound creating a chapter of history at one of raves greatest places of worship..

@ralph2020vision was on music & paired an iconic track to each dish which evolved into a small set..

Thats a wrap for the Chrissie Sammie edition of @sarnieparty 2025. We came, we toasted, we delivered a hot & cold sandwich like no other.

Our current sando special ‘Ello Treacle got transformed into a toastie aka jaffle for us Aussies — with lemon dulce de leche dip on the side.

@paulrhodesbakery baked and sliced us the perfect brioche, massive shout out to them for making it perfect.

Thanks heaps to everyone who came down, great vibes all round.

Started off a bit rainy but ended up a glorious cold, sunny day right on the Thames. London at its best. @setlistldn @somersethouse

Easing into autumn and slowing down with intention, but, that means I need one more public wine and dine before I start prepping for next year and the plans that are bubbling.

I’m bringing THAT pork to Somerset house. Melt in the mouth tender, layered, earthy, spiced. Not into pork, I’ve got you, DM me or make a note on your booking and I can swap it for chicken or aubergine for my vegetarians. Food shared so we speak with our neighbour’s. Classics because we need comfort. Chocolate because it’s original bean.
