Thank you for your punctual, fearless leadership and for entrusting me with R. The team at @unosota is sharp and tenacious. This song is very special to me for many reasons.. I first heard it back in 2018 during a time where I questioned my passions and allowed doubt to waver my confidence. @therickymanning has such a gift - his lyrics encapsulated every thought, emotion and insecurity I faced at the time and his music tugged at me unlike any other artist. I listened practically on repeat for the next two years knowing I wanted to sing this as my senior song during my last semester of college. I was so sad when I realized I wouldn’t have the chance to sing it in the capacity I wanted to with the pandemic.

Amidst all of the change and growth I’ve experienced over the past 4 years this song continues to grow and change with me. Somehow it always has something new to say, holding a fresh relevance that I didn’t expect or notice before. And sure enough, as I’m entering a new season of my life, I find myself listening again.

I’m thankful to share this with you 🤍
