As I look back on my 4 year boxing journey 🥊 I have changed so much and it mirrors my personal and professional life.🪞

I’m still learning but, even I’m amazed at the growth.🙏

I missed some-sorry 🙏

During these 4 years, I went through phases of deep meditation, and practices like yoga, qigong, and taichi but I kept coming back to boxing. ☯️

Now I’m focusing on telekinesis and sharpening mental strength while displaying physical energy movements.

I finally feel like I have an understanding of my body at 35.

It’s never too late!

Instead I took what I learned and gave it back to the restaurants.

A 2 person team. No outsourcing. No fast viral shortcuts that chase vanity metrics.

Now we’re seeing a shift in how we perceive influencer content. 
Maybe it’s a paid ad. Maybe it just feels like one.

With the abundance of it, I think we need to be more selective.  Look for alignment and respect.   Go back to an actual genuine recommendation. That’s how we approach it @managermealmedia

I started it during the pandemic. It began as an inspired thought, and I took action on it. This was something made with my hands and dropped off to people who needed a little something.

Almost two years of that. And it taught me business fast. Social media, operations, production, distribution, sales, marketing. I learned all of it in real time.

But the real lessons went deeper than that. How to deal with people. How to observe myself, my patterns, what I was actually good at and what I wasn’t. Everything I do now runs on what those two years taught me. It’s all connected.

To everyone who ordered, waited, showed up, told a friend, supported me in any way, thank you. You were part of this more than you know.

If there’s one thing I’d pass on: try the thing. You don’t have to do it forever. But try it and give it your all!

When I worked in restaurants, the only time we hung out was after the shift, over drinks.

But why was that the only time we saw each other?
