The day my life would be forever changed…

No amount of words will be enough to say how much my dad has meant to me in my 25 years of life. All I can say is thank you Jesus for blessing me with the best dad 🥹❤️

Thank you dad for loving me, caring for me, for being my cricket coach and coaching me in many other sports.
Thank you for never missing a single moment in my life, right up until Hyrox, 4 days before you took your final breath.
Thank you for always believing in me and most importantly, thank you for always placing Jesus first in all areas of life.

SKIERG TIPS 🔥
1. Drive with the hips:
- Initiate the pull with a powerful hip hinge, don’t make it an arm-dominant movement

2. Connect the lats + core
- Brace hard and keep the chain connected so you transfer force efficiently into the handles

3. Control the recovery
- Don’t rush back up, extend your the arms, hinge and reset under control so you can maintain output when fatigue hits
