3 years between these pictures, 325-250lbs

After years of beating up my body I'm taking some time to have fun in the gym and lose some of the excess weight.

If you want to make a change, with your strength or with how you look, don't wait until the new year to get started. Send me a message or an email and I can help you reach your goals! Whether it's Powerlifting/strongman/bodybuilding or general health/fitness, I've got you!
