🗳️Guelph City Council Candidate (Oct 26th, 2026)
🎓5th year Government Economics student at UofG
📣Voice for the future.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This summer I’ve knocked on over 5,000 doors in this ward. About half of them opened up to talk.

Almost every conversation started the same way. People told me what they love about our city. The people. The nature. The culture.

Then they told me the same thing, over and over. The city they love is getting harder to stay in.

Cost of living came up more than anything else.

I’ve felt it myself. I’ve seen my own rent rise 30% in two years. I’ve watched friends finish school and leave Guelph, not because they didn’t love it here, but because they didn’t see a way to stay.

That’s what I’m running to change. Let’s build affordability together so we don’t get forced out of the city we love.

Students: Either a digital or physical copy of your lease or proof of residency document works as ID. You don’t need to be from here to vote here.

Want to get involved? Shoot me a message!

Election day is Monday October 26.

Advance polling opens October 16 to 18 at City Hall and the University Centre.

The decisions made today decide the future of housing.

Together we can make,

A city we can stay in.

Hoping to find someone who can pronounce it correctly😭

It is time for change! 🙌

This election matters to me because it will determine our future. The average first time homeowner 10 years ago was 30, just last year that number rose to 40. Unaffordable housing was the main concern I have heard from the people of Ward 5 and I am here to make a change. 🏡

Advanced voting starts at the University Centre tomorrow on October 16, and will run until the 18th. This is the last time for the next four years that you’ll be able to vote in your municipal election. Make your voice heard now. 🗳️

Sooo… why vote for me? 🤔

Last week, @guelphtoday published an article about me, why I am running for city council, why people should vote for me, and problems I want to fix in Guelph. 🗳️

For those who are wondering why you should vote for me…
✅Housing Affordability: making rent and homeownership more affordable.
✅Tackling Homelessness: Addressing root causes, not just symptoms.
✅Better Urban Planning: Creating walkable neighbourhoods and improving public transit.
✅ Sustainability: Reducing congestion and car dependency.
✅ Fiscal Responsibility: Avoiding unnecessary spending and long-term costs.
✅ Long Term Thinking: Prioritizing lasting solutions over short term fixes.
✅ Investment For The Future: Building a better more affordable city for future generations.

Data centres in Guelph? ❌ 👎
Let’s talk about it 👀

From an economics standpoint, I am against data centres. From the land use, to materials, data centres in Guelph need to be suspended 🙅‍♂️

The most powerful vote you can ever cast is in your local election. What’s your hot take? 👀🌶️

This upcoming October (this month!) is municipal elections here in Ontario. It is beyond important that you get out and vote as it is the vote that directly affects you the most! 🙏

So… what does local government even do? 🧐

Electricity, streets, transportation, garbage collection, parks and more are all your local government. Zoning? That’s the secret power 👀

October 26th is the last day you will be able to vote for your municipal government for the next 4 years. This is your future and your vote is going to be the most powerful vote you cast. 👏
