@michaelholtre is entering a new chapter in New York City real estate.

“15 years ago, I moved to New York with no money, no contacts, and a relentless determination to make it here.

Today, I’m proud to announce that The Holt Team has officially joined The Agency.

This move isn’t about changing what we’ve built. It’s about building on it — with greater reach, stronger resources, and a global platform behind the same level of service, relationships, and attention to detail that got us here.

Same team. Same standard. Bigger platform.

The next chapter starts now.”

From a palace on the Arno to a sky full of fireworks… our wedding in Florence was a love letter to beauty, music, and history. Opera in the air, roses at our feet, and hearts full of joy. Still feels like a dream.

Grazie to everyone who helped bring this fairytale to life — and to the love of my life, Michael. Ti amo per sempre. 💫🇮🇹✨

I’m convinced some places aren’t meant to feel real. 🇬🇷✨

Hidden away on the Greek island of Ios, this might be one of the most unforgettable hotels we’ve ever stayed at. From our private pool overlooking the Aegean to the secluded beach, every corner felt like its own little world.

And somehow… it was even more magical in person. 🤍

This is Calilo a beautiful hotel with a private beach, suites with private pools, a full spa and gym, restaurants on site, a helipad, boat dock, private boat and numerous other special things.

You can even book packages that include a bottle of champagne, romantic decor in the room, floating breakfast for 2, couples massage, private boat tour for 4 hours exploring the beaches of ios, and a private dinner for 2 on the beach.

Would you add this place to your Greek island bucket list?

Consider this your sign to book the flying dress shoot in Santorini 🇬🇷

I knew it would be beautiful, but I wasn’t prepared for this.
Golden hour overlooking the caldera + that dress + my favorite person beside me = actual magic. ✨

Would you do this in Santorini? 🩵 taken in Imerovigli, Santorini by @michaelholtre

The most beautiful hotel in Greece, I didn’t even know where to start!
Calilo has 37 rooms all unique and beautiful. We stayed in the Heart’s Reflection Suite which is the newest 1 bedroom and we were not disappointed!!! The most beautiful room with incredible view!

Tip: opt in for the fulfilling package which includes a floating breakfast, 4 hour private boat tour, romantic dinner on the beach, and couples massage

Penthouses that Leo would approve of are often sold off-market. Last month I toured a $30M penthouse condo in Lenox Hill and sold a $3M coop in the UWS. I can tell you from experience that there are real advantages for both buyers and sellers to incorporate off market strategies within their real estate goals.

If you are buyer and want access to these types of deals or a seller wanting more info comment “Leo” and I’ll send you a message. taken in New York, New York by @michaelholtre

A Bentley residence where your car comes upstairs with you. @michaelholtre shares one of the rarest luxury concepts in real estate.

Bentley Residences Miami in Sunny Isles Beach are more than halfway under contract, with residences starting at $5.8M and penthouses from $16.9M.

Each residence features a private 3 or 4-car garage accessed through the Dezervator™, bringing your car directly up to your home in the sky. Then add a private heated pool, oversized terrace, summer kitchen, and Atlantic Ocean views. This isn’t just branded real estate. It’s Bentley turning the Miami residence into a full lifestyle.

Which is your favorite: the private garage or the private pool? taken in Bentley Residences Miami by @michaelholtre

@MichaelHoltRe presents a designer East Village loft that beautifully reimagines modern industrial living.🏙️✨

Renovated by the world-renowned architects at LOT-EK, Residence 5 at 533 East 6th Street offers approximately 1,100 square feet of thoughtfully curated space within a classic HDFC cooperative. Originally a two-bedroom layout, the home has been masterfully transformed into an expansive one-bedroom residence with 1.5 baths and a dedicated laundry room. Clean lines, exposed brick, and a working fireplace create an elevated atmosphere, while sculptural reclaimed steel corridors organize the core functions and introduce a dramatic dining area with built-in seating.

The extra-large primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary, featuring five large windows that flood the space with soft northern light, a charming planters balcony, and serene treetop views. Anchored by open living and kitchen areas at either end of the loft, this property represents a rare opportunity to own a highly tailored piece of architectural art in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Contact @MichaelHoltRe for private viewings and exclusive property details.

Still feels like magic.

Happy 1 year anniversary to my husband. 🥰❤️
May 27, 2025 💕
