This NoLita gem is too cute to miss! Purple lattes + cozy vibes = yes pls. Of course their ornamental cupcakes aren’t bad either 😋😋

It’s going to be a cold winter for sellers in NYC ☃️🗽

The real estate market in Manhattan still has an abundance of owners selling at losses. With the winter being the slowest season, savvy buyers are taking advantage of the temperature being the perfect storm. We just inked deal for $2.8 million when the seller purchased it for $3.3 million a few years ago (yes the property is in great condition). For those who are on our newsletter you know this is just one of a few milestones our team has accomplished this year alone for our buyers.

Speaking of good deals — Landing one with a developer is the most interesting time before years end especially if their loan agreement is coming due with their lender. The ability to close quick is most advantageous. Instead of doing deals with the average 3 to 5% discount our team is landing deals between 10 and 20%. This is a testament not only to the market, but our skills and relationships to find and negotiate these opportunities.

Looking back at captured moments from our night out with New York members this past week. The evening started at @pebblebarnyc for handcrafted @dobeltequila cocktails before sauntering over to @avraestiatorio for a multi course supper inside the private dining room, all while continuing to indulge in Dobel creations. Cheers to nights that sparkle with friends!

This guy (@michael__holt_) right here! What a blessing it was to reconnect this afternoon. Mike was a @gameonnation student when we were based at @imgacademy many years ago. Now he’s all grown up doing amazing work as a realtor, entrepreneur, leader, and overall great human being. So awesome to watch this all unfold. Let’s gooo!!!
