Why is a foam roller not listed as an amenity when booking a hotel? Hair dryer and fitness center are listed. Picture me calling the front desk of a hotel during the booking process, and asking the front desk: “does the fitness center have a foam roller?” Sometimes this includes the “sorry to be annoying, but…”This video was captured in my parents’ basement where, thank god, there is a foam roller.

This playful, improvised flow helped rinse away the Thursday messiness. It’s like the way I wrote plays and poems when I was young — the experimentation, the joy, and the hope for recognition, the finding of my own spontaneity. Hearing the call, I realized I had to pursue coaching and certification. It feels so awkward to be a novitiate again at my age, yet healthy. And to find something so healing! Let me heal you. ☺️

The camera helps me see my form. After I watched slide 1, I saw I needed to better align my neck and spine and to lower my shoulder blades (slide 2). Also, at work on a fun and challenging transition in slide 3.
