It felt like walking into a living Tarot card... a fortress built by The Teutonic Order of Knights, the epitome of Empirical Patriarchy, somewhere around the 1200's. Late 2023, this mystical, modern day rebel walked the grounds and all I could think about was: who were the secret Priestess' and undercover Witches that floated through this palace and what did they know? And if Paganism came to it's end around 1000, was the other name of this castle known as "Marianberg" a distant remnant of the cult of the Blessed Virgin Mary? True history and beauty is always being lost under the dominion of power and war. Unsurprisingly, not much is written about this place from the perspective of magical women, but I know they were there, and I know how I felt, and I dreamt it was ours. taken in Malbork Castle by @michellealinaboss

✨The recap continues✨ and we are still all the way back in Nov 2023. It's getting real now.

From Warsaw, my brother, Sister in Law and Nephew got on a Pendolino train and headed up to Gdańsk where among all the medieval vibes, mulled wines and adoring nephew time; I was maintaining remote work (a balancing act of discipline and multiple time zones) and carrying the reality of going to museums that describe tactics of starvation, "used in the past" while knowing those exact things were occuring in multiple places on the planet, still... now. Sometimes life is so many things piled on top of each other and you are just trying to grapple with exactly where your standing, in a place where your discourse is not welcome, and while you feel so connected, you know you are alone, on your own journey, amidst the group.

I'm starting my 2024 recap early and embarking on a true retrospective in these final 11 days left of Mercury Retrograde!

I'm starting by taking it allllll the way back to the end of 2023 in fact (cos I can do whatever I want! 😜)

With this current mars retrograde, deep inside my bones, I'm re-encountering and being reminded of what I really want - what moves me.

There is no better time to tell your own story of how you got here ... right here 👇🏼 and at the end of last year I found myself smack in the middle of a pilgrimage journey oversea's, with family, recovering my inner little one. In the best company of my niece's in a sweet little town in the Netherlands.

HAWAII 🌞🌴🌺🙏🏼 All the Mahalo, thanks and praises for this birthday portal, unexpected magic. The heart of the Earth held me for a few days on my way back home. It was all vibes, Miss Jackson if ya nasty and then some. Mostly holding myself and integrating the massive journey of the last 8 months abroad. Grateful for the fertility of her island lands. Born from the whispers of my vision board making in the new year encompassing fertile new foundations. I leaned in and followed the nudges. Sometimes you just gotta mark a milestone with hot girl beach walks and some cosmic force says: okay babe, go for it.
