🥂 Cheers to new beginnings!

After 4 years with the Alzheimer Society, I’ll officially be wrapping up my time there at the end of August and taking a big leap into focusing full-time on my business, Golden Age Management! 🧡

I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned over these years, the people I’ve met, the families I’ve had the privilege of supporting, and all of the experiences that have shaped where I am today.

Through Golden Age Management, I’ll be continuing to support seniors and their families through aging, caregiving, and life transitions, helping make some of those overwhelming seasons feel a little more manageable.

And this is where my friends and family can really help! 🧡

It would genuinely mean the world to me if you’d support my business by:
✨Sharing my posts or page
✨Sharing my website or contact information with someone who may benefit
✨Recommending me to a senior, caregiver, or family who could use some extra support
✨Simply following along and cheering me on!

You never know who in your circle may need this kind of support, and a simple share or recommendation could make a huge difference.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, referred people to me, or believed in this little business along the way. I’m so excited (and nervous 😂) to see where this next chapter takes me!

Here’s to the next adventure! 🥂🧡

Reminiscing on the days of virtual yoga with Bowie making his special appearances 🥹🐾

I began my yoga teaching journey about 7 years ago.
I had just graduated college, started dating Brad and was working a few different jobs.

Flash forward a year, we were in the thick of COVID. I was working FT in multiple roles since different departments were short staffed, moved out of my moms for the first time and living with Brad, and teaching yoga online for free just to get experience since I graduated YTT at the same time as the first lockdown 💀

Shortly after, Krishna joined the virtual classes (we didn’t talk much before that), Brad and I moved into our new home, and adopted our doggie just a few short weeks after.

So much has changed in 7 years. @crashbrad and I are now married, I have my own business @goldenagemanagement, @krishna_pls lives with us on and off, we still have our doggie and now two cats, and I continue to teach not only yoga but fitness classes too at the most wonderful studio @oyfbrantford

My early 20s were such a pivotal and transformative time, and paved the path to where I am now. Nothings perfect, things are messy, but I’m so incredibly grateful for what we’ve built 💞 by @michellecdekker
