BABY + ME YOGA, but make it powerful, engaging & FUN.

That’s how we roll at our classes. If you’re looking for a relaxing “zen” style yoga class … this isn’t for you. We will be challenging ourselves and getting a good sweat on, all in a supportive way throughout your postpartum journey.

News flash: finding YOU postpartum isn’t about baby! Of course baby is included, but you’re doing this for YOU. Remember that.

Our summer outdoor YOGA series starts Tuesday July 14th in Brantford. If you’d like to join us, DM us or head to the link in our bio to register. After this, we are back indoors at the beautiful @gw_yogastudio 🫶

This year, we lived so much life.

We photographed an overwhelming amount of love — met incredible new people, reunited with familiar faces, and were reminded again and again why we do what we do.

We watched my little brother marry the love of his life 🤍
Standing beside my new little sister as a bridesmaid and helping bring their day together was one of the most meaningful honors.

And then… we got married.

After nearly a decade of photographing weddings, I thought I had the vision completely mapped out. What I didn’t expect was my husband stepping in and outdoing me in the details — loving me so intentionally, so thoughtfully, and making what was already a dream day even more special than I could have imagined.

It was the greatest day of our lives. Truly.

We honeymooned in Ireland — cliffs, castles, Guinness, the Púca Festival, and moments that reminded us how much beauty there is in slowing down and simply experiencing life together. Art, culture, history, and so much inspiration.

Somewhere along the way, my passion for photography, people, and art was quietly relit.

This year taught me to slow down, to be present, and to feel deeply grateful — for every person, every moment, and every piece of love that made this year one I’ll carry with me forever.
Personally. Professionally. Completely. 🤍

And as this chapter closes, I’m stepping into 2026 with that same intention — to be even more present, to show up for my couples with deeper care, and to capture their wedding days the way I remember mine being captured: honestly, emotionally, and in a way they’ll feel forever.

See you next year lovers ✨
