My fall race line-up kicks off this weekend!! 🍂🍁Once I complete my triathlon the training blocks for the ten-miler and half marathon begin!! 🏃‍♀️🎃

1️⃣ AUG 30 | Fawn Lake Sprint Triathlon (700m swim, 12.4 mi bike, 5km run) 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️✅
This will be my first triathlon and I am LOVING the cross disciplines. 
2️⃣ OCT 11 | Army Ten-Miler 🏃‍♀️ @armytenmiler ✅
I am so excited to be an ambassador for the race this year! This is the race that got me into running. This will also be my first race as an ambassador!! If you want to join me at the event use MICHELLE25 to save $25 on your registration. 🤭
 3️⃣ NOV 14 | CarMax Richmond Half Marathon (13.1 mi)
I have heard so many great things about Richmond Marathon weekend, I am so excited to participate this year! There is also amazing finishers swag which was a motivation for this one 😂 It is also a special weekend since we have 20 @socialstridefxbg ladies racing in Richmond this weekend so it will be fun to celebrate and train together. 🩵

🌴 LOOKING AHEAD: I have one weekend planned for my winter/spring race season @rungasparilla in Tampa!! I will be doing the Michelob Ultra Pure Gold Challenge which will be a test of my endurance!! It consists of a 15K run on Saturday, followed by a half marathon the next day!! I am so excited for this race, since it will be the 50th year of the running events during Gasparilla, it should be a good one!! 🏴‍☠️🏃‍♀️

What races should be on my radar?? I would love to do more triathlons in the future!

Swam my way to a PR 🏊‍♀️ @armytenmiler #ATMAmbassador

Another race day down, this time it was extra special since it was my first race as an ambassador! This was such a special and unique experience, I am so grateful for the opportunity.

Today felt extremely full circle. The Army Ten-Miler last year was my first ever “big race” and kickstarted my adulthood running career and now it’s my first race as an ambassador!!! Last year, I ran the Army Ten-Miler with my amazing parents @stephsnow22 @realphilsnow , they are a huge reason of why I run and inspire me greatly. They were registered to run it with me this year but they moved and were unable to make it. It was emotional running the race course again, in DREADFUL conditions. I frequently laughed and smiled reminiscing on the race last year with them.

After the race last year, I was inspired and kept running. Shortly after, I founded @socialstridefxbg 🩵🏃‍♀️ This community has kept me MOVING the past year and motivated me time and time again. Another full circle moment for me was racing with multiple friends from run club on the course, seeing each other before the race and getting excited together was super sweet and fun!

The race was wet and cold (after not during). Thank you to everyone who still showed up, cheered, and celebrated runners today. It made such a difference running through the storm (literally a hurricane) still feeling the love and race day energy the Army Ten-Miler brings.

Post race, I barely have any photos. I gave this course my all, PRing my Ten Miles!! I was shivering and cold, some Army volunteers actually brought me to the fire med tent, who then let me warm up in the truck. They think I had mild hypothermia. Warming up was much needed and their kindness was GREATLY appreciated.

For now I will sleep, rest, and get back at it! T-1 month until my next race!!

Nothing like a mid-week quarter century ;)

Cycling has brought me so much joy recently, this was my first ride in 1.5 weeks and I missed it. I did regret the first two miles since it was IMMEDIATE elevation, but it was a rewarding ride along the @virginiacapitaltrail 🚴‍♀️

This was my longest ride in 11+ years, only riding 25 miles once previously. I hope to keep increasing mileage and building a stronger cycling foundation.

If you told me a year ago that I would have completed a triathlon, a half marathon, and ten mile races I would’ve laughed. It all started with one step, which led to another. I discovered the joy in training and chasing these goals, I am now training for my next ten miler and then my 2nd half marathon. I also have my eyes on some tris for next year 👀

Sign up for that race, sign up for that experience, work towards those goals. Keep chasing your dreams 💫

Still not over the completion of my first triathlon!

It was challenging, yet thrilling! I will definitely be doing more triathlons. It was amazing pushing myself through harder elements (cough cough swim) and then gaining confidence on the bike, then more again on the run.

MAJOR shoutout to my support team at this race, their cheers at each transition an on course helped me power through. In this video you can hear my boyfriend @zeliggh cheering at the end of my race! Thank you to @samanthaharrigal @payton__harrigal and @abigailharrington for your cheers and encouragement too 🩵🎉🫶
