Why run through the seasons alone when we can do it together?! 🩵🏃‍♀️

As we approach our first birthday next month, we’re so grateful for the women who continue to show up, through the coldest mornings and warmest days. This community shows up year-round, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🍂☃️☀️🌸

We can’t wait to celebrate ONE year of Social Stride FXBG with you so soon! 🥹🎂

Want to find your girls to run with? Check out our GroupSpot, see details in our pinned posts! 💬

Xoxo,

September 🍂

Each month I think there is no way it will get better. Even with hiccups from day to day struggles, life still turns it all around into a memorable month, that I will cherish.

Hello October 🎃

Happy National Women’s Health & Fitness Day!🩵

Yesterday, we celebrated 100 @socialstridefxbg runs! This community is more than I could’ve asked for and makes my running journey so so fun and exciting. This is your sign to join a run club (& if you’re a woman in her 20s or 30s in the tri county Fredericksburg area, it should be Social Stride;) )

When I visited @michellexsnow during her MBA year at @rittigers , I wanted to capture the new research facility designed by @mrbgroupusa ! Adding to RIT’s expanding list of new buildings, I hope this place fosters many great research discoveries.

My summer recap looks a little different this year.

Around 6 months ago, my scroll was stopped on TikTok by this audios original video. I was enamored by the message of the video, sitting to watch the whole 4 minute length of it. I saved it, knowing that that would be the sound I’d use for my summer recap.

The message delves deeper into a message that I’d argue is one of the most verbally repeated life lessons: life is short, enjoy it. But the truths that the audio walks you through really put it into perspective, and I just love it so much.

So I hope you can find the time to slow down and listen to the whole thing, & hopefully finish feeling reminded of the blessing that this life is, the way I did when I first watched it:)

Happy last day of summer🫂

Social Stride FXBG arrived in Fredericksburg in October 2025 with a single idea: running doesn't have to mean solo miles. Now over 250 strong, this women-focused crew has become a gathering place for active women in their 20s and 30s who want friendship alongside fitness.

The approach is straightforward. Every pace matters. Every story matters. Whether someone is lacing up for the first time or training for a marathon, Social Stride FXBG treats each member as essential. Tempo runs, easy miles, and themed events keep things varied. Post-run coffee hangs, monthly planning, and that signature teal color make it clear this crew cares about what happens before and after the run, not just the miles themselves.

The crew runs women-only and mostly child-free (strollers welcome), creating intentional space for real conversation. Routes weave through Fredericksburg's historic downtown and along the Rappahannock, so the city itself becomes part of the experience. Affordable, accessible, zero-barrier entry--just show up.
