They came through the door as women with full lives.

And for a few hours, they were invited to simply arrive. 🤍

No rushing.
No performing.
No needing to be anything for anyone.

Just women stepping into a space intentionally created for connection, presence, joy and coming home to themselves.

This was the beginning of Homecoming.

And watching each woman walk through those doors made something we’ve been building quietly feel very, very real.

We’ve been taught to think of wellness as something we do alone.

Morning routines.

Workout plans.

Healthy meals.

Journaling.

While those practices are valuable, they’re only one part of the story.

As humans, we’re wired for connection.

There is something deeply healing about being seen without having to explain yourself. About sharing a conversation that reminds you you’re not alone. About sitting with women who don’t expect perfection from you, only your presence.

At By Ìtùnú, we believe wellness isn’t only about how well you care for yourself in private. It’s also about the quality of the community that surrounds you.

Because when women gather with intention, something beautiful happens.

We remember who we are.

We feel lighter.

There was a season of my life when I believed that constantly giving was what made me a “good” woman.

I poured into my work.
I poured into my family.
I poured into everyone around me.

And somewhere in the process…

I stopped pouring into myself.

Then motherhood happened.

It didn’t just make me a mother.
It made me pause.

It made me ask myself a question I had been avoiding for years:

“Who am I when I’m not constantly taking care of everyone else?”

That question changed everything.

I began to realize that restoration isn’t something we earn after we’ve exhausted ourselves.

It’s something we choose so we can keep showing up with joy, peace, and purpose.

That realization became the seed for something much bigger than me.

It became By Ìtùnú.

And after months of dreaming, planning, praying, and building…

I’m finally ready to share the very first experience with you.
