Homecoming started with a simple thought:

Where does the woman go to simply be?

Not as the professional.
Not as the mother.
Not as the wife, friend, daughter, founder or the person who always has it together.

Just… her. 🤍

We wanted to create the kind of space we wished existed more often — intentional, beautiful experiences where women can slow down, connect meaningfully, experience something new and hear themselves again.

That became Homecoming.

Not an escape from your life, but a gentle return to the woman living it.

And we’re only getting started. 🤍

Welcome home.

We’re already cooking our December gathering and y’all are about to be served! ✨

Get ready for a beautiful blend of connection, play, softness, good conversations and the kind of experiences that remind you just how good it feels to be fully present.

If October was the introduction, December is about to be a whole experience. 🤭

More details soon.

For now, just know this: you’ll want to be in the room. 🤍

They came through the door as women with full lives.

And for a few hours, they were invited to simply arrive. 🤍

No rushing.
No performing.
No needing to be anything for anyone.

Just women stepping into a space intentionally created for connection, presence, joy and coming home to themselves.

This was the beginning of Homecoming.

And watching each woman walk through those doors made something we’ve been building quietly feel very, very real.

Welcome home. 🤍

May this be the month you stop rushing past yourself.

The month you listen a little closer.
Rest a little deeper.
Choose yourself a little more.

Here’s to coming home to ourselves. 🤎

For the past few weeks, many people have asked me the same question:

“What exactly is By Ìtùnú?”

The simplest answer is this:

By Ìtùnú is a wellness ecosystem for women.

But the real answer is much deeper than that.

By Ìtùnú was born from a realization that so many women know all too well.

We spend years pouring into everyone else.

Our families.
Our careers.
Our communities.
Our dreams.

Until one day, we look around and realize we’ve quietly emptied ourselves in the process.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

And I also know what it feels like to begin finding your way back.

That’s why By Ìtùnú exists.

Not simply to host wellness workshops.

Not simply to curate wellness travel experiences.

But to create spaces where women can pause, breathe, reconnect, and remember who they are beyond the roles they carry.

We believe wellness is more than a spa day.

It’s physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s mental.
It’s spiritual.
It’s psychological.
It’s relational.

It’s choosing restoration as a way of life.

Over the next month, we’ll gather for the very first Homecoming Founder’s Edition—an intimate experience created for women who are ready to come home to themselves.

If you’ve been wondering whether this is for you…

Maybe the fact that you’re reading this is your answer.

The Homecoming Founder’s Edition Waitlist is now open, and I’d love to welcome you.

Because at By Ìtùnú, we believe:

When a woman is restored, everyone connected to her experiences the overflow.

Welcome home.

We’ve been taught to think of wellness as something we do alone.

Morning routines.

Workout plans.

Healthy meals.

Journaling.

While those practices are valuable, they’re only one part of the story.

As humans, we’re wired for connection.

There is something deeply healing about being seen without having to explain yourself. About sharing a conversation that reminds you you’re not alone. About sitting with women who don’t expect perfection from you, only your presence.

At By Ìtùnú, we believe wellness isn’t only about how well you care for yourself in private. It’s also about the quality of the community that surrounds you.

Because when women gather with intention, something beautiful happens.

We remember who we are.

We feel lighter.

We leave stronger than we arrived.

That’s why connection isn’t an extra in our wellness philosophy.

It’s one of its foundations.

🤍
Which has restored you more in a difficult season: something you did alone, or someone who simply showed up for you? I’d love to hear your story below.

There was a season of my life when I believed that constantly giving was what made me a “good” woman.

I poured into my work.
I poured into my family.
I poured into everyone around me.

And somewhere in the process…

I stopped pouring into myself.

Then motherhood happened.

It didn’t just make me a mother.
It made me pause.

It made me ask myself a question I had been avoiding for years:

“Who am I when I’m not constantly taking care of everyone else?”

That question changed everything.

I began to realize that restoration isn’t something we earn after we’ve exhausted ourselves.

It’s something we choose so we can keep showing up with joy, peace, and purpose.

That realization became the seed for something much bigger than me.

It became By Ìtùnú.

And after months of dreaming, planning, praying, and building…

I’m finally ready to share the very first experience with you.

🤍 The Homecoming Series – Founder’s Edition

An intimate gathering where women will pause, reflect, reconnect, and simply… come home to themselves.

Not because they’ve reached breaking point.

But because they deserve restoration before they do.

If this speaks to your heart, I’d love for you to be one of the first women to journey with us.
