Not everyday has to be about ticking things off. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is NOTHING. And most importantly without feeling GUILTY or LESS PRODUCTIVE.

I know it might not be the easiest thing to do, especially for people who thrive on being productive. But learning to slowdown and be okay with it is something you need to make room for in your routine. You deserve moments of just BEING 🤍
