Olive oil - for cooking and finishing lending exquisite flavor depending on how, where and which variety is used. Also - in skincare - soaps, body oils, salves. Seasoning Blends: Packaged in small batches ensuring freshness. Each is SALT-FREE. Great for those limiting their sodium intake but still wanting flavorful food!

Gochujang Zucchini Mosaic w/Tomato Sauce, Fresh Herbs, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar

2 zucchini cut lengthwise and roasted
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp Gochujang
1 sheet of nori
Roll tightly in plastic wrap and let cool overnight in the fridge.

Make tomato sauce however you see fit. Add 3 cross sections over the sauce. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, fresh basil and chives.
