You're on a team. It's a family, regardless if you like all of them or none of them. You cant choose your family, just like you cant choose your team. Even through all the drama your team will always be there for you and you should be there for them. You compete as one, not as individuals. Everyone should try harder every practice.

Marathon debut deserves its own post! So here it goes:

It was a scorcher of a day, 28 degrees at the start, 33 degrees at the finish. Really trying conditions but I'm glad made it to the finish. Seeing people dropping left and right like flies already pretty early in the race, made me ask myself when is my turn or if I ever gonna meet "the wall". Maybe I did meet the wall, or maybe I ran through it. I actually had the best day ever (not) but I would not wish that weather on anyone for a marathon ever.

“I may slow down, but I ain’t a quitter.”

I embraced the suck and ran happy (of course not 😂). Don't ask me if i am gonna run another marathon (just yet). by @miftachuliman

Sedikit bercerita apa itu ETRC dari NOMADSxETRC?
ETRC adalah komunitas rugby dari kota Surabaya. Rata-rata pemainnya adalah mahasiswa UNESA, ketika Jakarta 10s 2026 empat anggotanya melakukan comeback setelah bertahun-tahun tidak bermain rugby. 🔥🏉🤙🏾

What if this new year you wake up and realize the writers have changed the plot, the main character has grown up, their mindset has changed, who they spend their time with has changed and they finally give themselves the love they deserve. And actually, they start to life a live they've always dreamt of. The set looks different, the story line has evolved and ist start of new season. The main character is you and this new season about to begin.
