POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For a whole week I was unbearable. “Out Here Grindin’” on repeat lol screaming “We the Best!” out the car window. But id be lying if i said Missouri didn’t knock the wind out of me a bit lol

We’re nowhere near out the fight and I’m still loving this team we got. In this era one early humbling loss can be the blessing you never know you needed.

Anyways - better days ahead. We got South Carolina let’s turn it around!

Gone are the days where I strain my eyes for absolutely no reason at all. And I won’t let @pysngr or anyone else shame me into going backwards lol

If that means I’m getting old…then dammit so be it!

Ok so maybe bear crawls in the backyard on a “sick day” is a bad idea..I get that. But 💩 ain’t sweet, and neither is “The Pit!”

If you don’t like being bored, then take this Tylenol, go brush your teeth, and get your butt in the car 🤷🏾‍♂️ *cough cough* if you want to lol

We're proud to officially welcome Jelani Jenkins to the PAC Leadership Coaching team!

Jelani's PAC story didn't start in a coaching seat — it started in the seats himself. A former NFL linebacker, he came to PAC's Next Chapter U Combine in Austin still figuring out what his next chapter looked like. He found it in our group coaching track, went on to complete PAC's Intro to Leadership Coaching Career Accelerator under our VP of Performance & Leadership Development, and never looked back — facilitating sessions and running his own coaching cohort at Next Chapter U Nashville, then taking the stage as a speaker at PAC Accelerate in Phoenix.

Now, he's stepping into it full-time as an official PAC Leadership Coach, working 1:1 with our members on the stuff that doesn't show up on a stat sheet: identity, purpose, mindset, emotional resilience, and what it really takes to build a life after the game.

That's what our Leadership Coaches do — they don't just help athletes find the next job. They help them figure out who they are outside the jersey, build the confidence to walk into rooms they've never been in, and navigate transition with a plan instead of just hope.

Jelani's known that feeling firsthand. In his words: "That spark, that pull, that quiet knowing like, 'I can do this too.'"

From member, to coach, to full-time PAC Leadership Coach — this is what the PAC journey is built for. 🧡

Welcome home, Jelani. Let's get to work.

Ladies, if a man tells you he played in the NFL, please consult your nearest football friend before sending that Cash App.
The brothers who know ball know rosters. We know the teams. We know the positions. We know what questions to ask. We can take one look and say nahhhhhh lol sisters knew what time it was. But to everyone else…we gotta do better!

Position battles are weird because you’re trying to feed your family while rooting for the guy next to you to win too. The part of you clapping when your brother makes a play is as real as the part of you that still wants the job.

The real challenge is holding space for both: wanting to shine yourself, while genuinely loving the people you’re competing with. And raising the level of the entire room by competing so hard that you make it an impossible decision for the folks upstairs.

It’s not a simple thing to navigate. We can acknowledge that. But also…don’t stop sharing your pistachios in the meeting room just because he got more reps lol

Always love for our brother @neville_hewitt !

When I first saw this convo @shaq had with his son Shareef, I immediately thought about Odysseus and the Sirens. “What you most want is what you most can’t have. And what you most can’t have is what you already had…and lost.”

As a father who tells my kids “no” quite a bit, the thing I hope for most is them being able to one day say “I understand why now dad.” But that still doesn’t erase the hurt.

And so we live in this paradox: what’s the price of greatness?

Let me tell you something..if you’re with me and my music stops working, don’t even trip.

Just know something is about to happen, and you might want to locate the nearest exit.

Spidey senses or Final Destination? Either way, keep your antennas up!

Yall were trying to figure this parenting out in real time.

How do you teach your kids their bodies are normal, not shameful, but also sacred? How do you give them autonomy without leaving them unprepared for the world?

Let’s discuss…because I really don’t have the answers.

Success leaves clues. And the recipe to becoming a championship team is 2-3 fights minimum per week of training camp. I don’t make the rules 🤷🏾‍♂️ @mikepouncey and @maurkicepouncey would set it off and the rest of the team would follow lol

But young bucks don’t make the same mistake I almost did…put your damn helmet on!

My son’s takeaway from Michael was, “you gotta get beat by your dad”.

Mine was watching my cousin @deron_cash on screen for the biggest movie in the world giving his nephews a glimpse at what’s possible.
