Upon second thought, Tim Duncan is the Michael Myers of the NBA. A blue collar killer that would walk you down with fundamentals!

Drop your favorite horror movie villain and their NBA counterpart in the comments.

All American officially took its bow this week!!!

I legit thought I was going to have that perfectly pinned goodbye by now but nope, these feelings are bigger than any words I have at my disposal. Seeing the engagement around the series finale and what the show meant to so many has hit me from every direction…and I need to sit with that for a while.

To our cast, our crew, our fans, and our MF’n showrunner @kech99 ... WE DID IT!!!

Ten months ago, I stepped back from social media to write a book.

Today, Inside Code: The Mindful Arts Framework for Life, Leadership, and Humanity is here.

The book gathers more than 5,000 years of wisdom traditions across meditation, breathwork, yoga, and martial arts, and organizes them into something practical enough to use on a Tuesday afternoon before a hard meeting.

It was written for anyone doing everything right on the outside and still coming up short on the inside.

I've come to see myself as the vessel. What matters is that the message finds its way to those it was meant to reach.

Two things I'd love to share with you:

📖 The book is available now. Preferred link is in my bio. Also on Amazon and other retailers.

🎟️ This Tuesday, September 22, a group of industry leaders is hosting an intimate gathering here in New York in honor of the book. Seats are limited. RSVP list closes at 8 PM Monday, September 21, or sooner if we reach capacity. RSVP link also in my bio.

If this speaks to you, share it with someone in your world who is ready to hear it. If you know someone who belongs in Tuesday's room, please send this along.

To everyone who has reached out over the past ten months, thank you. I've missed you. There is much more to come.

Peace & Light,
Jacques-Philippe

Spencer says if you poop yourself during a race, you should pull yourself out immediately.

Jelani says if you trained for months, you are in first place, and the officials do not stop you…finishing is understandable.

We may never agree on the rules of competition. But “don’t make strangers run through your sht 💩“ feels like a strong place to start lol

With news of Aaron Donald rejoining the Rams alongside Myles Garrett, two of the most dominant players at their position EVER… Los Angeles sports fans got it good, but @mightykingjenkins thinks otherwise.

Does he have a point?

We're proud to officially welcome Jelani Jenkins to the PAC Leadership Coaching team!

Jelani's PAC story didn't start in a coaching seat — it started in the seats himself. A former NFL linebacker, he came to PAC's Next Chapter U Combine in Austin still figuring out what his next chapter looked like. He found it in our group coaching track, went on to complete PAC's Intro to Leadership Coaching Career Accelerator under our VP of Performance & Leadership Development, and never looked back — facilitating sessions and running his own coaching cohort at Next Chapter U Nashville, then taking the stage as a speaker at PAC Accelerate in Phoenix.

Now, he's stepping into it full-time as an official PAC Leadership Coach, working 1:1 with our members on the stuff that doesn't show up on a stat sheet: identity, purpose, mindset, emotional resilience, and what it really takes to build a life after the game.

That's what our Leadership Coaches do — they don't just help athletes find the next job. They help them figure out who they are outside the jersey, build the confidence to walk into rooms they've never been in, and navigate transition with a plan instead of just hope.

Jelani's known that feeling firsthand. In his words: "That spark, that pull, that quiet knowing like, 'I can do this too.'"

From member, to coach, to full-time PAC Leadership Coach — this is what the PAC journey is built for. 🧡

Welcome home, Jelani. Let's get to work.

We gotta have talks before “The Talk.” Neither one of us remember getting game from our fathers, but we still learned through trial, error, and friend zones anyway.

Who gave you the best advice for talking to a crush and what did they say?
