Kia ora whānau,

I’ve decided to get this kaupapa back up and running and give back to my community.

This kaupapa is for our wāhine, especially our māmā who can’t afford gym memberships or individual classes but still deserve the opportunity to invest in themselves. 💪🏽

Koha based, wāhine only, and tamariki welcome! If you don’t mind your kids running around while you get your session in, bring them along! 😂

Now that I’ve started finding my way back onto the waka, it’s time to get back to the kaupapa that means alot to me. I’ll be bringing my Mauri Juice kaupapa back to life, alongside our community fitness sessions. 💪🏽❤️

This is about more than just juice and fitness. It’s about hauora, reconnecting with ourselves, building stronger foundations, and creating spaces where we can grow together as a whānau.
