Strength is a legacy I’ll pass down to my tamariki. 💪🏽

Every push, every pull it’s for the future. My strength inspires them to be bold, resilient, and unstoppable. Together, we’re building a legacy of determination and confidence. 💃🏽 It’s a promise to myself and my whānau to always show up stronger than yesterday.

Let’s normalize strong māmās leading the way. 💚 Because when our tamariki see us prioritising health, fitness, and wellbeing, they learn the value of self care, discipline, and perseverance. They grow up understanding that strength isn’t just physical it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. We’re teaching them to honour their bodies, set goals, and rise above every challenge.

Empowered māmās raise empowered tamariki. Let’s lead by example and build a future where health and strength are the foundation of every whānau.

Short and simple..

The amount of gratitude we have for our Stylaahs!

This is not to boast but to appreciate you all🥹
We don’t have all the gear
We teach ourselves and learn from our own mistakes

That’s the beauty in the process!

Starting from the ground up🎯
Bringing our own up🎯
Taking the Ls and staying humble in the wins 🔑
Turning losses into lessons 🔑
Turning wins into passion for the next gen to bring up 🔑

Always humbled by the amount of heart that each individual trains with.
You stylaahs are too loyal! We’re too proud!🙏🏽💙

Kia ora e te iwi 😊

Ko Rangi Leef ahau
Ko Te Rarawa me Ngati Kahu te iwi I te taha o tōku pāpā
Ko Ngati Ruahine me Tainui te iwi I te taha o tōku māmā

I am a mother of 4
3 beautiful girls, 1 handsome king

This journey for me is all about self discovery, learning how to love myself unconditionally by rebuilding myself from the inside out.

My main focus is to work on becoming the best version of myself, for myself, for my babies and my whanau.

The best part of it all is I get to do what makes my soul🔥experience new things and do it all with the people I love 💛

Hopefully our journey motivates and inspires other māmās out there to do the same 💯
