tú eres tan importante como el resto de tu familia,
así se ven exactamente como son mis entrenamientos últimamente, the kids are all over me. Progress is slow and that’s ok! If you’re a mom trying to find time to work on yourself, suelta esa mentalidad de víctima, las excusas, just do it best as you can. SAHMS you know we don’t have a village, don’t make it your identity. Some days they watch me and copy me. Some days they are like this. Some days they’re doing their own thing! I know one day these days will be long gone and I want to remember it just like this.

literally had the best time! Thanks to all the small businesses that were literally so kind and generous to this mama of 3. My kids thought every stand was a buffet 🥹🌻🙌 @hobesoundfarmersmarket @gator_pop @anytimeflavorites @truly_delicious_foods taken in Hobe Sound Farmers Market by @mik.ymami

the itty waist routine 💛🙌 my absolute fave go to workout circuit. I shoot for 1 minute of each movement and repeat as many rounds my two toddlers allow me to 🤪 it’s easy it’s effective and as long as you keep your core engaged, as little or as many as you do you will feel the next day!!! #postpartumfitness#postpartofeliz#postpartoactivo#momof3 by @mik.ymami
