7 out of 8 in the last block (Les Gets and Worlds) so incredibly grateful for this whole team; staff, riders and everyone behind the scenes supporting us.

Thank you for these incredible memories and emotions that I will never forget. Looking forward to the next block in 🇺🇸

Thank you team for another week of wonderful memories. Half a team was enough to secure the team of the day. Congratulation @laura_stigger on that amazing ride! And @freisina on the podium and retention of the leaders jersey.

And MONA YongPyong, South Korea, was a rollercoaster we won’t easily forget. Lots up ands and a down.

Unbelievable from Sina Frei — not only taking her first elite XCO World Cup win, but doing the double with XCC and XCO victories in completely different, properly brutal conditions. When the going got tough, the tough really did get going.

Thank you to the full crew- all staff and riders for the hard work and laughs between.

Korea, you were wild.

High carb isn’t just 120g/hr. Athletes, even professionals, have been chronically underfueling their bodies off the bike for years. @mike_posthumus is the Performance Director of @specialized_factoryxc and @specialized_offroadracing where he applies a specific nutritional approach to keep his athletes fueled, and it can help you too. He broke it down in the latest Ask a Cycling Coach Podcast episode live on YouTube, Spotify, and wherever else you get your podcasts!

What a wild ride these last three years have been. So proud of the whole @specialized_factoryracing team for what you have achieved and how you all continually strive to be better. Finishing off this year with a total of 31 podiums and 12 wins in World Cup races. A World Champs jersey and two Olympic medals.

But this post is about those that sacrifice the most. @candiceposthumus I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for taking on all that you do while I’m away, for picking up all the balls and being the most amazing mom.

Our families deserve all the medals and champagne showers far more than we do 🥂 by @mike_posthumus

A monumental weekend for @specialized_factoryracing and one for the history books. First time a team has gone 4 from 4. Thank you 🇺🇸

Highlight of the weekend was seeing how all our amazing athletes were there for each other. The celebrations were truly special. A true honor being able to help where I can. Thanks @alex_malacarne for sharing the last video.
