Most of you just know my speedy cycling side, but when I’m not on the bike, painting has always been one of the many creative activities that helps keep me balanced beyond all the bike.

More specifically, one of my favorite ways to do so is by creating paintings as gifts for people who have been significant in my life, each with a person and/or story behind it.💭

I created an art account, @vidy_vision 👀, for those who want a little more content and context around my creative side! but, I thought I’d share a slightly different side of the work I do that isn’t my usual art of making graphs on the bike 😉 or the product of that work being racing and results.✨

17 wins. 34 podiums. One team. 🏆

That’s how the 2026 season ended, and we closed it out on top in the USA 🇺🇸

Three weeks across Utah and Lake Placid. Altitude, mud, autumn colours and a kitchen that never switched off. We came home with three more wins, a few more podiums and the World Cup team trophy.

Behind every one of those 17 wins and 34 podiums: early starts, car boots full of fresh produce, a macro card on every dish, and a team that eats together and wins together.

Proud to fuel this group. See you in 2027 🔥

A meal plan is the easy part. Keeping it relevant as your training changes is the hard part. 🥗🥙🌯🥪🍪

That’s the gap our nutritional coaches @steph_wrottesley and @mike_posthumus can help you to close. We start with a 60-minute consultation to assess your goals, training demands, current eating habits and lifestyle. This way we know exactly where the priorities are before making recommendations.

From there, we help you to decide the approach that works best for you:

- Nutritional guidelines, for a clear, evidence-based framework you can run with yourself
- Weekly nutrition plans, for ongoing support that moves with your training — built with access to your TrainingPeaks programme, and adjusted based on your feedback week to week

Either way, the goal isn’t to hand you a plan and disappear. It’s to build your understanding of your own fuelling, so you’re making decisions that support your goals.

Contact us to find out more or book an initial consultation.

This painting was a gift for my Cycling coach which I made exactly a year ago today, after an incredible year of race results that I never could have imagined, thanks to his guidance and support through thick and thin.

The South African springbok represents the success that was built from the start of him stepping in to support me after my past coach left me amidst a time when I was struggling more than ever with my health. Mike believed in me and led me to believe in myself, making me able to use my obstacles as springboards for my goals in my cycling career, just like this springbok 🦌🪨
