Before Stan, there was Randy.

Years ago, Mike Sacks found 11 CD's at a garage sale.
They told the story of another mediocre man from Poolesville, Maryland. Ceaselessly ambitious and at times off-putting. Randy has big, big ideas.

Listen to the completely unhinged audio memoir of Randy S.
CD 1 is out now on the StanLand feed.

If you're impatient, all 11 episodes are available on the Enter StanLand subscription on @applepodcasts.

Feat:
Dave Willis (Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Archer)
Eric Jason Martin (StanLand)
Ted Travelstead (Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell) by @mikebsacks

It’s official! The great Chris Elliott to star in my new audio comedy production, to air after the upcoming audio series “Randy,” both on @thesonarnetwork .

A ton of other fun co-stars, a lot of whom I’ve worked with before and some new.

I revere Chris and it’s one of the reasons I got into comedy. The script is written. A five-part series, about three hours.

Chris will play a modern-day character whose life ... goes downhill pretty quickly and steeply.

It’s “Guy Under the Seats” dark.

Like StanLand and Randy, it’ll take place in Poolesville, Maryland.

Look for it, most likely, to air in 2027. by @mikebsacks

A terrific book about the loathsome Clarence Thomas and the rest of the extremists who now make up the “Thomas Court.” Infuriating. by @mikebsacks

I still can’t believe that the script to “St. Elmos’s Fire” eventually won a Nobel prize for world peace by @mikebsacks

Terrific documentary about a brilliant comedic mind and artist. A true artist in every sense of the word.
