Yesterday I was treated to a really impressive new session, with active stretching and body analysis just inside @moovemotionfitnessclub_sa #Sunninghill building.

‘How good can it be?’ … crossed my mind.
The answer … ‘VERY!’

Exceptional service and a really nice session, even though it was only the 25min option.

Worth checking out !

‘Back on Track’ - with thanks to @peak_running_club for this morning. Cool people and a great way to start the day!

Such a solid session of 12 x 400m efforts and a 1min rest. Decent warm-up, run-throughs & stretching … making it all count.

So worth the 04h30 wake up to start at 05h30 !!

2k to the top and the challenge is not to walk …
And after a few pics we cruised around for a loop and headed down for coffee.

A year ago today, 5 of us met to start a run crew.
It’s became RunRise …

Founders pic in the middle.
(And Ai did some weird stuff with the others 😂)

Today we have a website, 389 followers on IG, 120 people in a WhatsApp community, 20 000 views of content on IG per month, 3 weekly runs & the occasional coffee sponsor.

RunRise Trail Challenge - Sat 10 Oct
Something fun to join - a group run/hike with a difference!

From the carpark of Ground, we head up the trail to the Trig Beacon at the top to see the sunrise. Awesome if you see it up there and just as nice if it’s rising while you are still climbing.

Take a cuppa for the top and water as well, cruise around on the trails (run or hike) and we meet back at the cars for coffee at Ground Cafe from 8am.

Not an organized race - just a run crew arranging something fun ⛰️ close to home but far enough away to feel out of town.
