One day all you’ll be able to do is sit on the couch, so why do it now? Get out there.

September was jam packed full of things that filled my cup ⚡️🖤
Donated 220 bikes with @candaid. Traveled to Maine, Michigan & Utah. Rode lots of bikes. Lots of Harley miles. Evening cruises in the beetle. @tractioncoffee every morning w/ @cheyannerae. Roasted & sold lots of coffee (thank you all), Traction turns 8 this month which is hard to believe.

We’ve covered a fair bit of ground over the last 15 months with our ‘71 beetle & have learn A LOT along the way! When we got the car it hadn’t run in over 6 years, the brakes were seized up, & it was a bit rough around the edges from sitting under the unrelenting Colorado sun. After a few weeks of work I had it running (& stopping) well enough for us to enjoy it for a few months, but good enough doesn’t cut it in our house. 🤣
Over the winter I went nuts & did everything on the car aside from pulling the body off the pan, the result? A well sorted car that drives SO well. We’re having more fun than ever, have made a ton of memories wrenching & will certainly made more enjoying our car for years to come!
So what’re you waiting for?! Buy one!!!

since day one of owning our beetle, Lilly, we’ve wanted to install pop-out rear windows & after a long, hot summer we decided it was time. I was able to find some OEM windows locally that were in great shape so we drove down, picked them up & got to work! Couldn’t be anymore stoked with how the car looks now & our newfound cabin airflow. 😎

Getting to ride bikes in incredible places alongside my dad, @murfittsr06, is one of my favorite things - we’ve ridden & seen some pretty unreal things over the years & made unforgettable memories while doing it. 😎

@cheyannerae’s dream car has been a beetle since she was a kid, it’s been so fun play part in realizing that dream & if I’m being honest…I’ve fallen in love with the car too. 😋
