When I was first invited to work on Wicked with @jonmchu , I knew it was going to be a dream job. What I didn’t expect was the privilege of working alongside the most incredible team in post-production to bring Oz to life over the next three years. Every single day, their talent, passion, and joy for filmmaking inspired Jon and me. I couldn’t be prouder of what we created together. I’ll admit, sometimes I feel like an imposter, a misfit, an underdog—maybe it’s not always obvious, but it’s true. The journey can feel isolating until you find your tribe. Well, I found mine. My gang of misfits. And I’d go to Oz and back with them any day.
Enjoy @wickedmovie . So much heart went into it, and I love and cherish every moment of it. I hope you do to by @mikfliks

Oscar Week Photo Dump! I’m so deeply grateful for a gravity defying week. It was a magical seven days celebrating cinema with my fellow Oscar nominees, my @wickedmovie family, and my loved ones. I’m deeply thankful to @jonmchu for giving me a space to play and follow my dreams. I’m over the rainbow. by @mikfliks

Myron Kerstein discusses the different edits of Wicked: For Good and what his ultimate goal was to create something that is timeless. #wickedforgood #filmediting #bestediting by @mikfliks

Intimacy over spectacle. Feelings over “propulsion.” Wicked: For Good editor Myron Kerstein always chose the messy shot over the crane swoop, letting melodrama breathe, and treating every song as drama first. From living with No Good Deed for a year to resisting music-video flash, this is how the second half of Wicked became sadder, more purposeful, and more moving. Link in bio.
