Workshop: Merengue-House @s.w.a.g.studio ❤️🕺🏻

🎶 Es Hora de Bailar! 🎶 #Sandy&Papo

When children are this happy it’s because there’s something you’re doing right! ☺️✨

Thanks to all the Minitecas, birthdays, Christmas, New Year’s celebrations, baptisms, marriages in Colombia next to my family and friends that prepared me for this exact moment!

This is dancing for me and my culture, it’s a celebration of life! 🙌🏼

Thanks to my partner in crime! @nicenciso ❤️🇨🇴

Hello, hello!
I’m MILA. Colombian dancer, choreographer and performer, in love with House, its music, dance and culture 💖

With more than 15 years of experience as an empirical artist of movement I have built my career thanks to the different experiences I have had with groups and companies both in Colombia and in France, I currently work with a Contemporary Hip Hop Company called Flies (@cieflies), located in Paris and Directed by Gayo and Domi.

I am also a House teacher at SWAG (@swagstudio), an inclusive place open to all audiences that invites you to connect and share knowledge.

As a cultural manager I have had the opportunity to lead my personal Project ETERNO RETORNO @somos_eternoretorno which is proposed as a platform to share knowledge in different neighborhoods of my city Bogotá by bringing children and young people closer to the different styles of urban dance.

I come from a country where we dance at all hours and in all places, we dance to celebrate life, while we live the day to day, that’s why I always seek to create sincere connections, build danced pieces to remind us why and why we dance for! taken in Paris, France by @mila.chavez89
