IBE it’s ME ✨

Came for the dance. Left with memories, inspiration and a whole heart full of love. ❤️🔥

So grateful for everyone around me who made this IBE unforgettable and always has my back.

But the best part? Watching my son experience IBE for the first time. 🥹 He couldn’t stop talking about the dancers, the atmosphere and how badly he wants to learn and become part of this culture.

This is how the culture lives on. From one generation to the next. ❤️

IBE isn’t just a place on the map.
For so many of us, it’s home. 🌍🫶🏼

Hello, hello!
I’m MILA. Colombian dancer, choreographer and performer, in love with House, its music, dance and culture 💖

With more than 15 years of experience as an empirical artist of movement I have built my career thanks to the different experiences I have had with groups and companies both in Colombia and in France, I currently work with a Contemporary Hip Hop Company called Flies (@cieflies), located in Paris and Directed by Gayo and Domi.

I am also a House teacher at SWAG (@swagstudio), an inclusive place open to all audiences that invites you to connect and share knowledge.

As a cultural manager I have had the opportunity to lead my personal Project ETERNO RETORNO @somos_eternoretorno which is proposed as a platform to share knowledge in different neighborhoods of my city Bogotá by bringing children and young people closer to the different styles of urban dance.

I come from a country where we dance at all hours and in all places, we dance to celebrate life, while we live the day to day, that’s why I always seek to create sincere connections, build danced pieces to remind us why and why we dance for!
