a lil photo dump from my 2026 favorites album 🤍
a reminder to keep choosing myself, prioritizing my happiness, and doing what feels right for my heart and soul. learning to trust my intuition, let go of what isn’t meant for me, and find peace in knowing that what’s meant for me will always find its way. 🌞 by @milanboice

✨ 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training: Complete. ✨

This journey in Bali challenged me in ways I never expected. It wasn’t always easy; there were moments of self-doubt, exhaustion, and growth but every single hour was worth it. I’m incredibly proud of myself for seeing it through.
To my teachers, fellow trainees, and everyone who supported me along the way: thank you. You made this experience unforgettable, and I’ll carry everything I learned with me forever. 🤍 @yoga_eastwest
This is only the beginning. I’ll be continuing my education with a 50-hour Prenatal Yoga certification because I want to support women through every stage of life. And for those who know me, my love for anatomy isn’t going anywhere! I’m excited to help people move with more confidence, especially those experiencing hip and knee discomfort, by creating safe, intentional practices.

I’ll be offering:
🌅 Sunrise beach classes
🌳 Park yoga
💻 Virtual classes on Zoom
🏡 Private in-home sessions

I’d love for you to follow along on this new chapter! Please go give my yoga page some love: @rootedwithmilan 🤍

Here’s to new beginnings, lifelong learning, and sharing this practice with all of you. Namaste. 🙏 taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @milanboice
