Memphis Pro Stage Shots @npcmemphischampionships ⚔️

First callouts. Felt damn good up there again. Year 3 in the league and we are catching some momentum. Showed up for the PNW this weekend. Incredible lineup of Olympians. Proud of the improvements here but never satisfied. Still stuck in TX…But there is work to be done. 🎯

3 weeks out. @legionsportsfest 🔥

@_cutz_ and I ran the game film… We will be that 2-3% better. 🧗

@manifest_competitionwear only the best. If you haven’t switched. What are you doing. Dope to see so many incredible athletes representing here and back home this weekend. 🙏🏼

Quick raw update to @_cutz_ and @corey_lindner

Sick for a week or two. So lean ish.

Steady improvement. Not really an “offseason”

Taking every opportunity for consistency to compound.

Happy Birthday my Love. Celebrating you is easy. Loving you is so easy. Spending every day with my best friend is a true privilege. The quiet moments. The big ones. And everything in between. You are capable of such amazing things and you show me that everyday.

Something tells me year 28 will be the best yet in big ways.

Happy Birthday Sarah Mann. I love you. ❤️‍🔥 by @miles_mann

First physique update of 31. 🫡

Ngl, at one point @_cutz_ and I thought we’d be getting active again right about now. The 2027 season is kicking off and we’ve got Sasquatch in my backyard… or about as close to home as it gets lol.

But the fact is,I needed time to really improve. To level up. I needed to let my body grow, spend some time sitting heavier, and build the foundation so when we kick off the next prep, we can push down to a new level of conditioning.

So here we are. About 6 months post-show.

Not sloppy. Working hard. Following the plan. Giving my body the time it needs to grow and making sure we’re building what it takes to keep up with the new level of this sport.

I asked Cutz the other day if we could cut down. He said, “Nah. You’re getting better at this weight. You’re going to keep getting better. Let’s keep it rolling.”

Because these guys ain’t playing.

And I’m tired of losing to Olympians 😂😂

On that note. Shoutout to the homies about to get after it at Sasquatch. I’ll be tuning in. 🫈 taken in O'Malley's Gym by @miles_mann

31 today! 🎉

Man what a year it’s been. Life has been filled with so many blessings, opened doors, and truly unexpected paths. I’ve been busier than ever doing what I love, while somehow also learning to slow down and lean into what truly matters.

Going into year 31 with a whole lot of gratitude, perspective, and excitement for what’s ahead. 🙏🏼 by @miles_mann
