1 year apart! I Definitely see the growth, but honestly the posing difference is what stands out to me the most.
One year of grinding, staying disciplined, eating the meals, training hard, doing the cardio, and doing all the boring shit over and over again.

I still got a lot I want to improve, but I’m proud of what a year of work has done. Shout out to my coach @miles_mann for being there every step of the way and helping me bring a better package this year! 🤝🙌

2027 ain't ready for us! 🚀

One thing I’ve learned In this sport,

you’ll lose more than you win. Learn from it. Bounce back.

Then make them beat a better version of you.

Bodybuilding is competitive by nature. We all want to win. We all want to be the one standing in the center when it’s over.

But I’ve never believed competition has to come with disrespect.

Some of the best relationships I’ve built in this sport have been with the same guys I’m standing next to on stage. We can battle for placings, push each other to be better, and still shake hands when it’s done.

Because the people standing beside you understand the work differently. The prep. The sacrifice. The pressure. The hours nobody sees.

Compete hard. Build relationships. Give respect.

There’s enough room in this sport to want to beat somebody without having beef with them.

On stage, we compete.

Off stage, we build. 💯

5 shows down | 2026 szn is a wrap 🎬

Overall very solid season.
Grateful to have met many great athletes, judges and supporters. Congrats to every athlete I stepped on stage with.

This was a long season, but it taught me how to keep going, how to stay consistent through the trials and errors. What to do and what not to do, what works and what doesn’t for my physique.

All though we did not crack any top 3s this year, I have to keep reminding myself that a couple weeks ago was officially One year of me competing as a professional. I am still growing, refining, maturing and learning my body from show to show.

Biggest issue I learned from going prep to prep is dialing in a perfect peak, and even after 5 shows we still haven’t found the balance of conditioning, fullness & dryness while keeping my back depth and width.

With that being said, ending this season with my lowest placing & worst look of the season is definitely not what I wanted but it happened & now I am fired up even more to come back that much better.

2026 we collected data, now we put our heads down & work.
2027 we will show major improvements.

Thank you to everyone who is in my corner, much love and respect! 🙏🏾🖤‼️

Everybody stop what you’re doing and go tell @miles_mann Happy Birthday RIGHT NOW.

Love, there will never be enough words to explain how thankful I am that you were born and that we get to grow old and wrinkly together ( you first tho👴🏼).

You are everything I prayed for and more❤️‍🔥

In 3 days i’ll be standing on stage with some of the best in the league - this first pro season is about growth and feedback.

It was only fitting I wrap up my last training session at home in the #bodyshop I did most of my prep for my pro-card here and two things for certain and one for sure,

no matter how often I’m counted out…
