This one is personal. 💗

Celebrating one of my favorite cousins, @lashun1197 LaShundra Smith who’s really like an auntie to me along with Skybound Solutions founder Tracey Paulfrey @phitmama and @thedeucef24 Kedral Thorton. All three are breast cancer survivors!

Sending love to everyone in treatment and remembering those we’ve lost.

Quiet doesn’t mean unnoticed.

Miles has never needed to be the loudest person in the room. He’d rather let the work speak first.

That same mindset shows up in the classroom, at practice and everywhere in between.

More to come.

The work behind the times matters too.

As Miles moves through his junior year, the goal is to keep developing as a student, athlete and competitor while preparing for the next level.

The same consistency required in the pool shows up in how he approaches school, music and the responsibilities that come with being a student-athlete.

A different kind of practice. 🎻

You usually see me in the pool, but playing the viola is part of my life too. Sharing a little of what I’ve been working on outside the water.

What’s something you enjoy that people wouldn’t expect? 👇🏽
