You may know her as Phitmama or the founder of Skybound Solutions. To me, she’s Mom. My everything. 💗

Through the hardest moments and the greatest moments in my life, she’s always been there.

Watching her fight breast cancer was so hard. But I held on to the belief that she would pull through. If you know my mom, you know exactly what I mean.

Mom, I love you. You’ve always stood beside me, and I’ll always stand beside you.

This month and every day, I stand for my mom, @thedeucef24 Kedral Thorton, and all breast cancer survivors. I stand with those still fighting, and I honor those we remember. 🎀

Honoring survivors. Supporting those in treatment. Remembering those we’ve lost. 🎀

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Skybound Solutions and our athletes are coming together to share a message of love, hope, and support.

For our founder, Tracey Paulfrey, this message is personal. As a breast cancer survivor, she knows how much it means to have a village beside you. We’re extending that spirit of community to everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.

Together, we’re reminding our community that support reaches beyond sport.

Share a name in the comments to honor someone you love or, if you’re a survivor yourself, let us celebrate you. 🎀

28 days until the Youth Olympic Games. 🇯🇲🇸🇳

I’ll be representing Jamaica in Dakar as Africa hosts its first Olympic sporting event. To wear Jamaica’s colours and compete alongside young athletes from around the world is an opportunity I don’t take lightly.

The Road to Dakar is on.

Share this post and help cheer us on!

I love the chase.

The work behind it? There’s a lot you don’t see.

Slow and steady…

More than a swimmer. 🌊

The water is a big part of my life, but not always between the lane lines..

From surfing and diving to learning more about marine life and giving back through The Awake Project, @the.awake.project I love experiences that challenge me, teach me something new and keep me connected to my community.

There’s a lot more to the journey than race day. 💙

Back in the pool and putting in the work. 🏊🏾‍♂️

Shoutout to @sianninwater in the lane next to me. It’s always good to have a teammate to train alongside. One practice at a time. 🇧🇸
