Another one.

5 more GB caps under the belt. A try and 3 assists.
5 wins versus Ireland. Retained B&I cup.
Weekend with some of the all time besties out there.
Great vibes. All round good times (and another cheeky visit to Warhammer World to top it off)

This happened in March. Not this weekend when it's 32°. Would be extremely inappropriate clothing choices.

Highlight of year was also highlight of my entire sporting career.

Quick recap: Tore my ACL in October 2021 the day before I was due to make my Great British debut. 3 years of recovery and the video above are my first touches of the ball in my debut game for GB in August 2024 (the commentators didn't realise this was my first game).

A pretty insanely tumultuous time and I am priveleged/lucky enough to say it's probably the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life.

There are hundreds of people to thank but the main ones are @megsdavids @mike.brent @dkaa_89 and @james_baron9
For keep me focused, motivated but most of all sane during this period. (Obvs also shout out the Goldie Fam for looking after me and putting up with me this whole time too haha!)

A very very very special moment for me and amazing that it was captured (the try was a nice touch). by @millicangoldie

Doesn't matter what city it is, I'm always waiting at a bus stop thinking about how if I left 3 minutes earlier I would probably be at the place on time.

Vish's Stag-do in Montenegro.

Turns out a lot of the video content was just me and Geoff competing/bickering like an old married couple... Something for Vish to aspire to ❤️

August '23

One of the better months this year.
Promotion at work, turning 30, coached at a world cup, returning to playing sports, spending all my money on clothes I don't need and justifying it by saying I will sell others on Depop... taken in London, United Kingdom by @millicangoldie

Taken a week to process (and wait for all the photos and videos to come out) but here is some photos and videos capturing my time at the Tag Rugby World Cup 2023 in Limerick with the Great British Men's Open team.

Honoured to be part of the squad even if it wasn't in a playing capacity and Bronze medal isn't a bad go.

The main takeaway from the week was how inspiring this group of boys have been and how much it makes me want to keep pushing through this hellish injury (currently 15 months since I last played tag...) and get out onto the field (FINALLY) with them.

Australia and Lebanon know we are coming for them 😎 taken in Limerick, Ireland by @millicangoldie
