I remember seeing something about how invasive these bugs are… I get it now 🫠 This was only a small part of the fence! The entire fence was full of them. by @mimi.moon.t

Wow so it’s pretty common for me to miss giving Jasper magnesium. Spray form seems to be the best delivery method for him but I often forget to spray his feet before bed. Every time we hit a window of frequent meltdowns and power struggles, that’s often what clues me in that I’ve been slipping giving him his magnesium. I sprayed his feet before bed last night and he’s his normal self today! He went from multiple meltdowns a day, anger, attention seeking behaviours, attitude, demanding requests like screen time, total inacceptance of ‘no’ and very little motivation to play ———> to regulated emotions, curiosity, creativity, play, acceptance of no, helpfulness and not a single meltdown all day long….. over night! Night and day difference in his behaviour and temperament. Just wanted to share for anyone that might take a nugget of wisdom from that!! by @mimi.moon.t
