A few months ago I had the pleasure of spending the day with 20-year-old recent college graduate, Jaden, for @nytimes Affording New York series. At this stage of his life, Jaden finds himself commuting long hours to and from school in Riverdale, and to his job in New Rochelle to help support his mother and siblings. “As soon as I hit 18, a lot of the adult responsibilities have come into play,” he told writer Maya King for this profile. taken in Bronx, New York by @mimidaut

I brought handfuls of expired film with me on my bachelorette trip to London and the French countryside, and I’m relieved that for the first time in quite a long while I took more photos on a camera than on my phone. A big thank you to my best friends across the pond @erinbergel and @georgebergel (and my newest best friend Felicity) for hosting us in London and planning my ultimate relaxing weekend of cheese, bread, full fat butter and unique French tree spotting in Lyons-la-Forêt. And also a huge thank you to @erinalysebenkert and @sarahjulietq for crossing the pond with me to relax, drink so much cider and baste ourselves in butter while watching local French cats exist in absolute idyll. taken in Normandy, France by @mimidaut

In February and March of 2024 I had the privilege and pleasure of spending a month with PWHL New York (now known as the New York Sirens) for @nytimes. Women’s hockey has faced many, many successes and setbacks over the years and 2026 has very much been reminder of this, and I’ll never forget my time with the team and the league in sharing the smallest sliver of their stories. a huge thank you to @eve_edelheit for pushing and supporting me throughout this project, and for a stunning edit. @pwhl_sirens #womenshockey #everyonewatcheswomenssports taken in New York, New York by @mimidaut

I would like to formally introduce the world to Francine, named after fashion icon Ms. Fine also known as Fran. @mimidaut called me yesterday saying we had to find a home for a kitty she met in a park. Mimi was obviously connected when she found her, but when we first met we instantly bonded and I am convinced she thinks I am her mom. Francine is a blessing and a wonderful addition to our family. I cannot wait to see the moments with Elaine and Fran ❤️ taken in Woodside, Queens by @mimidaut
