This summer I got to shoot the first ever Citi Field wedding on a game day. It was amazing and after the game the whole wedding hopped in busses to party at @asisnyc 🔥

I always love the feeling after a @sassquadtrailrunning trail party! Thank you for putting together the best races, I leave with so much joy.

This year I promised @mimidaut to be safe, @altomarino to be responsible, and @t.ignatowski @ephoi to have fun. We did all those things and had a blast! 12 hours on the trails allowed me to make a new friend (Calvin, kudos!!), see familiar faces, and run with my brother @kit_connolly.

Being injured and undertrained, we were still able to place 6th overall which makes me so happy. Despite all the challenges, my spirit was bright, my body held together, and more importantly inner-child proud!

The greatest party of the year gave me hope for what the rest of the year holds for us.

Sunday was a movie. One that I will never forget and will watch over and over again.

In 2002, Ed Levine wrote about Louie & Ernie’s Pizza in The New York Times. Who would’ve thought 24 years later I’d now be in The Times myself as this pizza revolution around no bleach/no bromate continues to grow.

This is truly a full circle moment for me and my family, and it’s been such an incredible ride. From growing up around the ovens at Louie & Ernie’s, to building Tori T’s Pizzeria, to now also being part of 914 Pizza — every stop along the way has shaped who I am as a pizza maker and person.

I’m also incredibly proud to represent the small village of Malverne on a national level. Being a small-town pizza shop with big dreams has always been part of the story, and the support from this community has meant everything to me.

As scary as change can be, it can also be incredibly rewarding. This experience has pushed pizza makers everywhere to really dial in their recipes, techniques, and understanding of dough. In the end, it’s making us better — not only for our customers, but for ourselves as craftsmen continuing to learn and evolve.

So whether you’re eating at Tori T’s, Louie & Ernie’s, or 914 Pizza… thank you for supporting the journey, the tradition, and the evolution of great pizza. No bleach , no bromate , just great quality pizza

Education and elevation go hand in hand, and this journey keeps making me better every single day.
