Before Mindfull Mommies became a brand… it was a journey. 🥲 From studying English, to becoming a certified yoga instructor, exploring creativity, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and being part of programs that helped shape my vision… every chapter of my life led me here.

Mindfull Mommies was created from a deep desire to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with more intention and ease.

Today, the work I do through Mindfull Mommies blends several parts of my journey: energy awareness, guided journaling, intentional movement, and reflective conversation. The goal is to create spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves and others. Through art-inspired journaling experiences and mindfulness workshops, I guide participants through practices that help them release what they’ve been holding, process their emotions, and return to their daily lives with more clarity, intention, and resilience.

If you feel aligned with this mission…whether you’re a mom, a woman on a personal growth journey, or a wellness-minded creative or business owner, you’re welcome in the Mindfull Mommies ecosystem.💚

📌You can join our community through the intake form in my bio!

But I’d also love to hear from you in the comments:

I’m a mom of 2, but I’ve been pregnant 3 times… Pregnancy has the power to bring life into this world, but sometimes, it also brings a kind of heartbreak you never imagined you would experience. 💔

My last pregnancy ended in stillbirth, and although my son is not physically here with me, there are still days when I remember that pregnancy like it were yesterday.

This Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, I want to make space for the moms who carry this kind of grief. I want to also hold space for the moms that are afraid to get pregnant again because she fears she will experience such heartbreak again..

To the mommie who has experienced pregnancy loss, whether due to a miscarriage, stillbirth or tragic death… I see you and today I remember my son. 🕊️

If you feel comfortable sharing, I invite you to leave your baby’s name in the comments, or simply leave a 💚 as a way of honouring the little lives that will never be forgotten. by @mindfull.mommies

Mommie, your body is changing, and it deserves care…not criticism. Between motherhood, work, and everything in between, it’s easy to put your own needs on the back burner.

Sometimes caring for ourselves starts with moving our bodies, nourishing ourselves, and giving ourselves permission to slow down. If you’ve been noticing changes in your sleep, mood, menstrual cycle, or body composition, know that you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Perimenopause could be one possible factor, and it’s okay to ask questions and seek support.

Mommie, which do you need more of right now: movement, nourishment, or rest? Let’s check in with ourselves. 💚

Here’s a look at what we’re building… one mommie at a time! 💚🌱 Listen ya’ll, a village doesn’t build itself. It’s built one conversation, one shared experience, and one mom showing up for another at a time.

From vulnerable conversations during Mommies After Hours, to laughter at Games Night and learning together during our Expert-Led Sessions, our Mindfull Mommies village is growing!

Today’s reminder is that building a village requires intention. We have to be willing to show up, start conversations, nurture friendships, and make space for meaningful connections…even when life gets busy!

Joining a community is one thing. Becoming part of the village is another. BUT IT’S TIME TO: take these connections beyond the screen! 🥂 Join us for our Mindfull Mommies Happy Hour at JOEY - Yorkdale as we celebrate how far we’ve come. It’s time to show appreciation to the mommies & special guests who continue to show up and pour into us!

📍 Swipe to the last slide for the details. We’d love to see you there! If you’re not a member, join today! All details available inside the portal. Link in bio 🔗

Sometimes the most productive thing I can do is slow down. 💚 I’m building the village I wished more moms had. A space where moms can connect, be supported, learn, grow, and be reminded that they don’t have to do motherhood alone.

That being said, while I’m building that village, I’m also taking care of the woman doing the building. That means making time to move my body, to quiet my mind, to reconnect with my spirit, to breathe and to rest

I don’t want to build a life or a business that requires me to constantly pour from an empty cup. So yes, sometimes I’m building, sometimes I’m creating, sometimes I’m mothering and sometimes I’m just getting on my mat and coming back to myself.

The village I’m building matters…. but so does the woman building it. by @mindfull.mommies

What happens when you decide that the life you’ve been living is no longer the life you’re willing to accept? On our upcoming Mommies After Hours, we’re creating space for a conversation that isn’t always easy to have. One of our mommies will share her story of domestic abuse, finding the courage to leave, rebuilding her life, and discovering purpose on the other side.

Sometimes rebuilding doesn’t happen all at once, sometimes it starts with one decision. One boundary. One moment of courage. One step toward the woman you know you can become.

We’re so excited to welcome Petrice to Mommies After Hours as she shares her personal story of surviving domestic abuse and rebuilding her life with resilience and purpose.

🗓️Thursday, Oct 15th 9:00 PM EST

PLEASE NOTE: Mommies After Hours is exclusively for our Seed Members inside the Mindfull Mommies Portal. So if you’re looking for a village of moms who are committed to growing together, we’d love to welcome you. 🔗Link in bio! by @mindfull.mommies

You can have it all. Just not all at the same time. 💚 Thank you @sicklecellpatientcare for such a great conversation. As moms, we put so much pressure on ourselves to be everything, all at once.
A present mom, a successful woman, a supportive partner, a healthy, fit version of ourselves, a business owner, a friend, a daughter… and somehow we think we’re supposed to do it all perfectly.

The truth is motherhood has seasons. There may be a season where your children need more of you. A season where your career takes center stage. A season where your health needs more attention… and a season where you simply need to rest because your body needs it.

It doesn’t mean you’ve given up on the other parts of yourself. It means you’re honoring what this season requires. You can still have the dreams. You can still have the goals. You can still become the woman you want to be. Just give yourself permission to take your time.

Let us know mommies, what season are you in right now, Mommie?👇👇👇👇 by @mindfull.mommies

Every season of my life has asked me to become a little more of myself. From starting a business, to opening a store, to being a mom, to closing one chapter and finding the courage to pivot.

Creating a space for moms to reconnect with their selves, and learning the power of community and accountability has been so fulfilling.

I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always look like moving forward. Sometimes it looks like letting go. Sometimes it looks like starting again. Sometimes it looks like being self aware and knowing something is wrong. Sometimes it looks like asking for help & sometimes it simply looks like choosing to believe in yourself one more time.

I’m proud of every version of me that got me here 💚 by @mindfull.mommies
